WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AND WORK IS REQUIRED?
Unlike most agents we never carry out work without a landlords written consent so our landlords can be sure they won’t find any hidden surprises when they receive their monthly statement of accounts.
We thoroughly vet all our contractors to ensure we only use companies providing the very best quality of workmanship and at a very competitive price, keeping both our landlords happy and our tenants.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?
Our advertised fee’s for our full managed service are £395 Plus vat and 10% Management with a tenancy renewal cost of £25 + vat per tenant (for fixed term contracts). Check out reports are charged at £25 + vat per tenant. Our let only service is £500 + vat.
We do however often have promotional offers running throughout the year, so it would be worth contacting us to find out what rate / options are currently available to you.
